  1. avoid take any liquid after meals for 40 to 60 mints, never eat dry or fry vegetables, rice heavy meals after evening. Drink hot water 3 times a day. Try to avoid entertain your self through small screens like mobiles or tabs. try to use audio rather videos for entertainment
